Job role : Partner Success Manager.

Location : Mumbai.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Own the entire experience of organization's partners have with the company, right from on boarding to successful go-live.

2. Develop, manage and grow client portfolios.

3. Be a trusted advisory to the client when it comes to embedding insurance products within their product offerings.

4. Analyse user data and buying patterns to ensure high pick-up rate of company's products 5.within the partners environment.

6. Your key metric would be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate.

7. Set up and improve the existing processes in the company to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from the partner.

8. Run continuous activation and marketing programs with the partner to ensure uptake of company's products.

9. Build and nurture a team of aspirational customer success professionals and help them achieve their career goals

Requirements :

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Entrepreneurial stint a plus.

4. Creative, persistent, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, hands-on Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
