Job Description :

- Responsible for mentoring of Continuous Improvement Project Leads

- Expert skills on Transitions, Support Operations, Training Development, Quality Enhancement and Delivery excellence.

- Identify improvement areas and plan implementation of improvement topics.

- Ability to translate Client business goals and achieve them through effective planning and decision making

- Support business with compliance with internal and external standards. (ISO.)

Candidate Profile :

- LSSBB (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) Certified or Trained.

- Only from Service Industries

- Excellent communication Skills

- Experienced in leading implementation of multiple process improvement projects in service industry

- Experience in implementing End to End process improvement projects.

- Knowledge of Tools for Project Management, Metrics, Dashboards
