Partner Network Leader Marketplace
Reliance Retail (RRL) Marketplace:
- Reliance is building the largest marketplace with all categories like, Electronics & Mobiles, General Merchandise, Fashion and FMCG businesses. Marketplace will have sellers who would list their products either through their own imaging and cataloguing capabilities or could rely on the Partner Network which we are building with a suite of services like Imaging, Cataloguing, Account Management, Warehousing etc.
- We need a leader with proven experiences in partner network management, thought leadership, detailed execution to build and grow the network. The leader will be responsible for creating the platform for partner network and scaling it with thousands of service providers covering all locations as needed by our sellers.
- The leader should be a self-starter, be comfortable with working in ambiguous environments, and be able to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level. An understanding of, and passion for, creating an impact in the marketplace ecosystem is highly desired.
Job Description:
- Build the partner network for Reliance Retail marketplace supporting all Sellers' requirements enabling them to effectively manage business on the marketplace
- Understand products and services offered by the marketplace and can articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Define services scope, find and develop partners. Build scalable solutions to track, monitor service providers and their respective performance.
- Manage key stakeholders & customers independently by delivering on the stated needs and sensing the unstated needs to delight the customer experience.
- Work with key internal stakeholders on identifying areas of growth in our business.
- Deep Dive into data and present strong business insights
- Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business solutions for the marketplace.
- Plan capacity and commit to volume by managing resources / infrastructure, queue, and cross training.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and blockers, assess risks, mitigate issues, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Identify areas of automation, write business and functional requirements and manage implementation by working with the business, operations, and technical teams.
- Stakeholder management for internal teams/vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Overall work experience of 10-15 years years of which, at least, 3-5 years of experience in product/program management or similar experience driving new projects/initiatives.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Must be metrics-driven with ability in quantitative decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
- Proven ability in strong thought leadership and business strategy execution in conjunction with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing critical businesses end-to-end.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- Experience working with SPNs, SME retailers in ecommerce, retail ops domain.
