Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and focus on strengthening our partner relationships and driving channel sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in partner enablement, co-marketing campaigns, and building partner communities. This person will be based in India but must have prior experience dealing with partners in the US and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to amplify reach and drive sales through these campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of co-marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner training programs.
- Provide marketing resources and support through a robust partner portal.
- Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively market and sell Avo Automation's solutions.
- Host events and workshops aimed at expanding our user base and strengthening partner relationships.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and foster a sense of community among partners.
- Gather feedback from partners to continually improve the partner program and address any challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful partner enablement programs and co-marketing campaigns in US & Europe.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, partner portals, etc)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in hosting and managing events and workshops.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tactics.
