The position will be responsible Recruiting across one business vertical within the organization. Some Key accountabilities are detailed below :
- Strong stakeholder engagement, will work closely with business leaders to identify the right talent for their businesses
- Excellent with search and market mapping to be able to quickly build pipeline for key roles and keep the pipe engaged
- Adept at working through social media, job boards, head hunting, cold calling and all other tools to ensure closures.
- Delivery focused with an accountability to driving hiring closure within expected turn around times.
- Strong in assessments and communication of the same with the ability to influence the leadership in making the right hiring decisions.
- Ability to partake in compensation related discussions with applicants and influence in line with organizational benchmarks.

- Has handled all aspects of recruitment from sourcing to negotiating terms of offer.
- Atleast 5 years of relavent experience
