Seeking a dynamic, energetic Sales Manager who possesses exceptional abilities to communicate and manage the sales of the Company's SAP products and services across India. The position location is Bangalore.

The incumbent will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, development and management of sales personnel.

Desired Skills and Experience :

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who possesses the following characteristics

- 4-6 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a focus in selling SAP products and/or related services

- Professional communication skills

- A track record of selling to 'C'-Level executives

- Comfortable with software combined with being sales savvy

- Bachelors degree preferred

- Proven track record of being an over-performer/exceeding quota

- Solutions-oriented by nature and consultative in approach to selling

- Knowledge in SAP and SAP Products

- Cold calling ability and interest

- Strong customer presence that can quickly build positive customer experience

- Good relationship and networking capabilities

- Creative thinker and deal maker

- Able to generate and structure large and annuity based deals

- Demonstrated successful proposal development and presentation skills to include strong oral and written communication skills

- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit

- Aggressively prospects and effectively builds and manages a sales pipeline

- Leading and working in a team to develop solutions for clients

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving SAP sales in an established and rapidly growing SAP business unit. The position focuses on selling SAP Practice offering which includes products and related services.

- Responsible for developing client centric solutions and marketing programs partnering with Business Unit leads and Account leadership teams that create and accelerate pipeline

- Aggressively prospects and effectively builds and manages a sales pipeline

- Qualify leads and convert to sales opportunities, identify next actions and move opportunities forward

- Manages accounts through incubation period then transfer responsibilities over to Client Services Managers

- Collaborates with Practice executives as part of the sales cycle

- Constructs deals in accordance to profitability goals

- Performs formal deal reviews

- Drives campaigns, events and other pipeline building activities

- Facilitates and actively participates in contract negotiations, contract management and closure
