Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage complex litigation cases across various legal domains.

2. Develop and execute effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.

4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

5. Navigate court procedures, handle trial preparation, and lead negotiations.

6. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

7. Promote a collaborative team environment and contribute to associate development.

8. Manage multiple cases simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications:

1. LLB degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications are a plus.

2. 12-18 years of substantial experience in litigation, with a proven track record.

3. In-depth knowledge of court procedures, trial processes, and legal frameworks.

4. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
