Partner - Litigation - Law Firm

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner with a strong client base to join its team in Delhi and Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex disputes and drive the growth of a thriving practice.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage high-stakes litigation matters across various forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.

- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favourable client outcomes.

- Cultivate and expand client relationships to grow the firm's litigation practice.

- Mentor and guide a team of associates, ensuring excellence in legal service delivery.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in leading law firms.

- Established practice with a minimum 1 Cr portable book of business.

- Strong network and proven track record in commercial disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
