Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices.
- Periodic review of work by manager or direct customer.
- Manage, train, monitor and coach team.
- Prepare employee work schedules, monitor and make appropriate adjustments to staffing levels.
- Complete and maintain employment related records and payroll records.
- Report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assist in resolving such complaints.
- Develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all employee data and files.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate situations and reports on findings.
- Defining our communications strategy and governance across all functions.
- Provide day to day HR support for employee population.
- Input case notes, intake information, and case closure notes for all inquiries.
- Implement short- and long-range HR strategies, processes, and projects, supporting an evolving HR infrastructure.
- Drive the strategy for attracting, recruiting, and hiring senior leaders including ensuring the creation of a diverse talent pipeline.
- Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize and define projects and enhancements.
- Work with key partners to standardize on our solutions and/or sell our solutions to specific end customers.
