Job Description

Minimum Desirable Requirements:

- 4+ years of Training & Talent Management experience (should be in a Team Management role and must have Project Management experience)

- Candidate must be from good educational background preferably from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college.

- Excellent communication is a must.

- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identity, Design, Delivery, Evaluation

- Good exposure to Talent management & development, Be able to conceptualize and design programs basis different models like 70:20:10

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of implementing a wide range of Change management and process improvement activities

- Able to implement department goals and prioritize based on organizational goals

- Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills

- Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up in the midst of adversity

- Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders

- Ability to analyze the large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions

- Drive a continuous improvement culture by coordinating and facilitating

- Continuous Improvement Essentials activities in partnership with operations leaders

- Must be a Post Graduate / Graduate (any Learning and development related course or certification will be a plus)

Key Accountabilities:

- Performance Needs Analysis: You will be responsible for performance needs analysis through a deep and strategic understanding of the business. Be able to define clear metrics that drive business Impact.

- Demand Planning: You will interact with the business stakeholders in the vertical to review and consolidate learning requirements and clearly define your Objectives and Key Result areas. Be able to define programs that have both short-term and long-term business impacts.

- Learning Design: Be able to convert a learning need to a Learning Design that can be operationalized with clearly defined responsibilities and metrics.

- Change Management: Be able to design organization needs into Change Management Projects and operationalize them.

- Project Management: You will be responsible to implement the delivery plan through sound techniques of project management.

- Teaching/ Training/ Facilitation: You will be responsible for personally teaching, facilitating or delivering training for identified areas in the vertical.

- Customer Centricity: You will be passionate about customer needs and seek every possible avenue to satisfy the same to evoke customer delight.

- Learning Concierge Service: You will provide personal advice directly to individuals on how they Be able to address their workplace learning & development problems in a way that best works for them.

- Status Reporting: Report on key metrics, for e.g. Impact made by a learning program to Leadership.

- Marketing and Communication: Work with the Flipskool Marketing team to evangelize programs and impacts both pre and post event marketing.

- Team Management: Follow up with CECs and Trainers to ensure that L&D initiatives are driven across the zone as per expectations. Consistently nurturing the team to build capability for executing existing and new tasks.


Salary Offered: 5-12LPA
