Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Partner to lead the Projects & Energy practice in Delhi. In this senior role, you will focus on advising clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of energy-related projects, including infrastructure development, renewable energy, oil & gas, power generation, and energy transition. You will manage high-value energy transactions, provide strategic advice on project financing, and handle complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Projects & Energy practice, advising on large-scale energy projects and related transactions.

- Provide regulatory, transactional, and dispute resolution services to clients in the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.

- Advise on structuring, financing, and execution of energy projects, including renewable energy and traditional energy sectors.

- Oversee energy policy and regulatory compliance matters, including energy transition and decarbonisation strategies.

- Represent clients in energy-related disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business development and identifying new opportunities.
