Partner - Investor Relations - BFS

Role - The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing and cultivating relationships with the investors, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Responsible for creating systems that are nimble, real-time and more individualized and capable of fueling performance both for present as well as future growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Investor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing investors, maintaining regular communication, and addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

- Fundraising: Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new investors both domestically and internationally.

- Investor Communication: Prepare and distribute regular reports, newsletters, and updates to keep
investors informed about the fund's progress, portfolio companies, and relevant industry trends.

- Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide the necessary information and documentation required for investor due diligence processes.

- Investor Events and Meetings: Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and events to enhance investor engagement and promote the fund's objectives.

- Stay informed about the broader startup ecosystem, technological advancements, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Candidate Profile :

The candidate should have Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred), with minimum 5+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related roles within the venture capital/private equity industry
