Partner - Investment Banking - Equity Deals

- Origination of IB deals (Capital market, PE and M&A, Debt) in large/mid corporate domain (90% focus will be on equity deals)

- Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates looking to raise funds

- Identify corporates looking aiming for IPO/ SME IPO

- Manage the relationships with the Lenders in Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, etc

- Manage the relationships with PE/ VC funds, family offices, etc and identify the ones looking to invest in corporates

- Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modelling etc.

- Conduct analysis of Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Key Financial Ratios etc.

- Assist in executing transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation

- Navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done

- Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market trends
