Qualification:

- Professionally qualified - CA / MBA

- Relevant certifications such as CFE, CIA, CISA, CPA added advantage.


Experience:

- 15 years in audit / assurance / forensic advisory / risk advisory services.

Role:

- Pan India Leadership role with strong focus on leading business development efforts in the forensics investigation, compliances and business integrity assignments.

- Leveraging the technical knowledge and proven experience in business development to build strategic relationships with the clients

Role Expectation:

- Provide appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth with the first year revenue contribution to the tune of INR 3-5 cr.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead engagement proposal process with a strong understanding of planning and management of engagements in the forensic services in the specific sector.

- Identify and source opportunities from regulator players and provide solutions in line with the domestic and global market cues.

- Emphasise on collaborative approach to provide multi-disciplinary solutions through use of analytics and technology. Well conversant with the cutting edge technology tools to develop state-of-the-art products.

- Package the assignment findings into clear and concise analysis, theories and conclusion products.

- Create, manage, train and motivate high-performing teams to effectively build service competencies.

- Continuous updation of domain and cross-functional knowledge to suggest proactive solutions / products in improving the compliance and regulatory mechanisms.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong domain knowledge in the respective operating sector.

- Working experience and good exposure to various technology platforms and IT tools and products.

- Flexible with work schedules and travel requirements.

- Excellent communication and client-facing interaction skills.

Behavioural Skills :

- Strong adherence to ethical behaviour including honesty, integrity and fairness.

- Responsible for setting the tone of organisation culture that encourages ethical behaviour as way of life.

- Ability to build diverse teams based on meritocracy and professionalism that thrives on passion and high performance.

Note : Candidates with lesser experience in same domain will be consider for Director Role.
