Partner Development Manager (PDM) - Community Partnerships


We are Hiring "Partner Development Manager (PDM) - Community Partnerships" for a Multinational Social Media Giant!

This person will support a portfolio of community leaders through scaled leadership, community management and product education strategies and the successful candidate will need to have had experience within India.


This includes equipping leaders with tools and training to grow and engage their members, facilitating peer-to-peer support and leveraging adoption to develop their communities on the platform and have impact on- and offline. Through operational rigor and knowledge of their vertical and partner set, this person will also work cross-functionally across different teams to help shape our products, inform strategy on approaches to new partnership opportunities, and optimize new experiences and processes to ensure our partners are successful.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming communities.

Responsibilities :

- Manage community leaders through scaled channels to support them to grow, engage and sustain their communities and achieve their potential in terms of impact on- and offline

- Work with global and APAC teams as well as local ad agency to develop, adapt creative outputs for mass distribution to admin partners

- Facilitate development of peer-to-peer relationships among managed community leaders

- Manage relationships at scale, including establishing an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, and addressing business and operational issues through online community

- Present key concepts and curriculum during webinars, workshops, and trainings to community leaders to help them succeed

- Work with central teams to develop, maintain and distribute vertical and life-stage specific best practices

- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to develop and execute against partnership goals

- Work cross functionally with a variety of teams, including Policy, Communications, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to advocate for partner needs

- Develop new partner opportunities by researching and identifying potential partnerships.

- Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to be the voice of your partners internally, represent their needs and collaborate with central product team to inform and accelerate product strategies

- Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Fluency in English and Hindi

- Experience of working on creative content / creative agency / ad agency

- Excellent oral and writing skills

- Ability to host events, live interactions and speak in public

- Minimum 5 years of experience, including community management experience

- Experience developing and supporting stakeholders

- Experience using data to make decisions

- Experience communicating and presenting to internal and external partners

- Proven experience working cross-functionally with different levels of management, both internally and externally
