Role:
- Strong focus on business development.
- Plan and achieve sales and revenue targets, be a P&L owner.
- Leverage technical knowledge and relationship management experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with corporates, banks and GICs.
- Identify and source opportunities, lead engagement proposal process and provide solutions in line with domestic and global market requirements.
- Oversee engagement quality, own assignment findings and analyses, and issue deliverables
- Create, manage, train and motivate high-performing teams to effectively build service competencies and deliver to client delight.
- Leverage cross-functional skills like technology, analytics, cyber forensics etc. in developing and delivering state-of-the-art services.

- Proficient in use of technology and tools.
- Flexible with work schedule and travel requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication, good executive presence.
