Core Cyber Security Roles & Responsibility:

- Spearheading multiple client's projects with varying size & complexity, right from the conceptualization stage to the execution.

- Reviewing the project progress on all aspects to ensure completion of the project within time & budget norms.

- Ensuring client / customer satisfaction through process implementation as well as coordinating with the client with an objective to maintain fruitful relationship and reach business goals.

- Appraising project feasibility after considering a wide spectrum of aspects and then.

- Considering the future course of action to address client expectations.

- Counselling several staff members at all levels.

- Providing career guidance to counselees and representing them at firm wide performance rating and moderation process.

- Setting up the Cyber Security practice for utilizing existing client relationships for business development and liaising with global partners of the network firm for international business corridors.

- Creating a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for cyber security in India with an advance cyber security lab to perform routine technical cyber security assessments for clients, not only for India operations, but also as a shared services model for the global network firm.

Business Development role:

- Developing the existing business in the Gurgaon market.

- Generating new leads & bringing new clients to the firm.

- Creating visibility & leading Cyber Security practice in the Gurgaon market.

- Designing, executing, and overseeing effective client relationship management and servicing

- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.

Thought Leadership:

- Defining and implementing an approach across all practice areas, integrating the full range of services,

- Managing team Thought Leadership efforts, in the creation of high quality; timely and high-impact outputs.

- Promoting an environment of shared success and teamwork.

- Developing and implementing a simple, high-impact manner of communicating Thought-Leadership outputs. (Internally & externally).
