- Incumbent will deliver defined business outcomes.
- Will directly own and drive the GES India partner marketing program
- Drive adoption of the end-to-end GPP Partner marketing benefit related initiatives through the segment partner marketing teams
- Periodically review the partner marketing program and key benefits offered across partners through specific lag indicators - e.g. adoption, usage and business outcomes delivered
- Update the partner marketing program benefits if required, to closely align with partner business strategies, imperatives and related GTM strategies
- Benchmark against available industry partner marketing programs - leverage analyst meetings and insights team for delivering external views
- Ensure Partner marketing is at the core of all Co wide marketing initiatives and indirect GTM approaches (as appropriate)
Functional Deliverables :
- Own and deliver partner marketing for the India partners
- Identify and sign off on key programs relevant for specific partners with partner marketing / business / product LOB teams
- Align, communicate and invite adoption of key program benefits and imperatives with relevant partner types - test with key internal and select external stakeholders
- Engage on-boarding team, Segment Partner marketing, to ensure partners are enabled to leverage and use the appropriate partner marketing program benefits
- Deliver agreed outcomes with respect to the current partner marketing benefits and initiatives signed off with measurable business outcomes
- Ensure partner marketing content on the Partner Portal is updated and periodically refreshed in line with the program benefits and deliverables
- Drive adoption and usage of the portal as a lever for marketing benefits adoption
- Support planning and delivery of Global Partner summits across various locations and partner types in partnership with segment partner marketing
- Conduct annual survey, present the y-o-y results dashboard to key stakeholders
