Position Description:

The primary goal is to identify, develop and drive partner channels and alliances to deliver new and substantial revenue streams.

- With a focus on establishing and nurturing long-term Alliance and System Integrator and Service Provider sales partnerships, this role is focused on strategically and tactically leading all efforts resulting in the expansion of business into the assigned region. This role carries a quota and is designed to suit a sales/business developer professional who is focused on partner enablement and development as part of a leveraged mode.The role must specifically create and manage formal alliances and channels that produce named opportunities to sell iCreate’s core standardized products & services.

- Working with the Sales Director, CEO, COO you will firstly develop the Alliance proposition, the channel program and channel enablement tools as well as defining a clear go to market strategy with named target accounts.

- Quickly followed by Phase 2 which will be to actively target the desired channels and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities for closure.

- Phase 3 development will be scaling of the business and the team across Europe and globally.

- Good commercial skills – the ability to get collaboration business agreed.

- Ability to communicate, with credibility, to a senior management audience – C-level

- Managing and growing alliances / partners, Managing all partner activities

- Developing strategic sales plan & sales pitches, making presentations to existing and prospective business associates & partners.

- Strong personal network and executive profile with key partners.

- Good understanding of the Alliance and SP Channels

- Thorough understanding of the business model of Global and local SI’s and how this differs from reseller channels.

- Good understanding issues relating to channel models such as credit, contracts and associated business risks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Self starter with strong self motivation and hands-on entreupeunureal approach.
