About our Client: Our client is a leading player within the consulting space, with a massive global presence. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add an Partner / Associate Director - Audit & Assurance for practice based out of Kolkata.

Job Description: Your key responsibilities would include:

- Managing the entire assignment right from planning until the completion of the assignment in accordance with the firms respective audit methodology and processes.

- Ensuring that financials are in compliance with Indian GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP.

- Coaching, mentoring and supervising the staff members on the field to ensure the completion of the audits in accordance with the audit methodology and conducting reviews to ensure the audit work papers are in accordance with the audit programs and firm's audit methodology.

- Managing multiple assignments and ensuring the assignments are managed based on risk based approach of auditing as well as the deliverables are done on timely basis.

- Evaluating internal control systems / procedures, preparing audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with post qualification experience of 12 + years in audit and assurance within an audit firm.

- Prior experience in managing team's and clients is a must.
