Job Responsibilities:
- New business acquisition through partners by generating new leads, and making them part of the entire sales process leading towards closure.
- Customer Satisfaction and Channel Satisfaction
- Generating B2B sales leads and negotiating pricing and contracts with clients.
- Addition of new logos as per AOP
- Quality of funnel and Growth
- Enabling partners and customers with service support from TTL support functions
- Follow market trends and come up with new sales ideas for clients based on relevant/current themes as well as reverse inquiry.
- Controlling Channel & Channel Partner Manpower (FOS) attrition
- Will be responsible for managing and driving ICS business-specific deliverables in his/her area of work & ecosystem.
- Ensuring completion of Business Planning with all active channel partners Driving the capability-building plan with partners by ensuring timely training for various parameters
- Driving coverage programs like demand generation, customer-focused programs, industry forum participation, etc.
- Ensuring Channel Policy Adherence and Processes in the assigned territory
- Facilitating the issue resolutions at the customer end through partners and support teams, if any.
- Capability presentation in accounts with the solution architect to achieve Target EPPC (Existing Product Per customer)
Skills required:
- Understanding of wireless & wireline telecom solutions.
- IAAS experience required.
- Innovative and flexible in strategizing GTM Approach.
- Strong cross-functional skills to collaborate with commercial, Program Management, Technology, and Finance
- Certifications in AWS/ Azure/ GCP/ will be an added advantage.
- Technology related IT Sales & business development experience
- Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/Technology Knowledge.
