Salary Range: 8 - 9 LPA
Location : Patna
Experience Required : 4- 6 years
Preferred Industry : IT, Telecom.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Revenue Management : Identify market potential( Mkt sizing and mapping) in each zone and plan infrastructure expansion.
Channel Development: Partner onboarding and training
- Support partner with Manpower staffing. Staffing agency Tie ups, consolidate manpower requirements
- Build the ASP network across partners and ensure productivity
- Build a strong brand loyalty with all partner of SME business.
- Distribution development programs Standard R&R FOS Incentive program
- Business Development
Channel KPI & Business KPIs:
- Market coverage & Industry mapping
- Increasing width and depth from Allocated accounts
Channel management :
- Ensure all new initiative like cloud, Ready business, vertical preposition, etc. are focused and executed by Channel partner & their sales team
- Account Management through Channel
- Servicing of account through channel
