Lead - HR Business Partner
Position Overview:
- We seek an experienced and dynamic HR/People Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources management in our organization.
- This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
- Oversee employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
- Lead learning and development programs across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage performance evaluation and compensation processes.
- Oversee employee health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
