-We seek a skilled and versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

- As an HR Generalist, you will be crucial in supporting various HR functions across our organization.

In This Role, You Will :

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR information systems.

- Administer and explain benefits programs to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting initiatives.

- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct HR-related training sessions on various topics, such as compliance and company policies.

- Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.

- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience We Value :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges.

- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.

- Experience with 15five.com is highly desirable.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
