About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Bareilly.

- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing all aspects of sales operations within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives (if applicable).

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements.

Channel Sales Management:

- Manage and develop relationships with key channel partners, such as distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

- Ensure effective distribution and market penetration within the assigned territory.

- Monitor and analyze channel performance and identify areas for improvement.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges.

- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Mentor and coach sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their full potential.

- Create a positive and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
