About Park+:

Park+ is the largest community of 15 Million+ car owners in India. We are building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership. We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FASTag and access control in Malls, Corporate parks, Apartments. Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking across India.

In just over 5 years of our existence, every third car in India is already on the Park+ platform. Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), and we have installed more than 10,000 residential apartment gates all over India.

Park+ is a series C funded start-up and had raised USD 50Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital, Epiq Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT.

About our Founder:

Mr. Amit Lakhotia has spent the last 13 years building significantly sized internet businesses across India and SEA. He joined three startups at the senior management level in the early stages and played a critical role in scaling them to multi-billion-dollar companies. After passing out of IIM Ahmedabad in 2007, he built the B2B business for MakeMyTrip. He had then joined Paytm to build the complete payment business for them from scratch. In 2016, he joined Tokopedia in Indonesia which is equivalent to Flipkart in India. He helped the company grow from $500M to $7B (14x) in a span of 2.5 years.

About the Role:

As a Program Manager in the Founder's office you will contribute extensively in the strategic planning of key business verticals and partner with CXOs, VPs and verticals head to ensure the execution of the set targets and KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist the founder in identifying key business opportunities and planning their execution

- Work closely with various teams driving their KPIs and tracking the health of the business on daily basis

- To come up with solutions to key business problems and extensively to work for process improvements

- Research on market size, business opportunities and industries to build depth in day to day communications

- Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads

- Should be able to run the special projects which can create impact and handover to business to run at scale

- Should be able to get work done from all the respective stakeholders and meet the deadlines

- Strategic Mindset with a deep understanding of P&L management

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of work experience; UG/MBA from a top-tier college

- Strong analytical skills and orientation towards building scalable processes

- Outcome oriented with a problem-solving attitude

- Entrepreneurial mindset to manage multiple work streams at the same time

- High ownership, drive and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines

- Comfortable in fast paced and demanding work environments
