This role will be a good mix of strategy and execution.
You'll also have the opportunity to turn your ideas into initiatives, running with them and helping drive strategic decisions to help the business perform more efficiently and at scale. You will be responsible for owning and driving key projects that will be rooted in deep product and operational know-how:
- Help to develop the overall strategy for the parking category. Take data backed decisions to identify and prioritise programs to grow revenues.
- Maintain partner relationships and drive key partner engagement programs end to end
- Identify and build partnerships to grow business. Ensure that day to day operations, including but not limited to campaigns on partner platforms, product flows and payment settlements, run smoothly
- Own end-to-end implementation of business-critical programs in terms of sourcing and mobilization of manpower, identification of channels of sales, operational processes, etc.
- Design new product flows on the partner's side and manage and build improvisations from time to time
- Identify operational bottlenecks, design processes and automate them
