As a part of the Founder's office you will contribute extensively in the strategic planning of key business verticals and partner with CXOs, VPs and verticals head to ensure the execution of the set targets and KPIs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the founder in in identifying key business opportunities and planning their execution
- Work closely with various teams driving their KPIs
- Manage Investor and advisor relations
- Come up with solutions to key business problems and process improvement
- Research on market size, business opportunities and industries to build depth in day to day communications
- Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and orientation towards building scalable processes
- Outcome oriented with a problem solving attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset to manage multiple work streams at the same time
- High ownership, drive and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines
- Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable in fast paced and demanding work environments
