Job Profile : Vertical Head (Valet Operations)

Role & Responsibilities
- Gaining an overall business understanding of valet business (PAN India) and leading operations for overall vertical growth to 10+ cities
- Hiring, Training and Leading a team of City heads, Zonal Managers and Operations Executives to scale business operations across all metropolitans (PAN India)
- Designing policies to align with overall strategy on setting & deploying required department SOPs
- Managing contracts & relations with vendors, partners and users to understand overall service delivery and experience
- Playing with data to evaluate risk & leading quality assurance efforts to run & scale business operations from scratch. Understanding compliance to maintain legitimacy at all levels of operations
- Suggest & oversee the implementation of required technology to enhance deliverable TAT and solution adoption by target user group
- Developing and ensuring strong systems & performance indices to drive overall departmental growth & operational excellence
- Planning, directing, controlling, monitoring and forecasting expense, revenue and overall department level profitability to ensure optimized business operations
- Leading coordination & integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proven diversified experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role for a minimum of 8-10 years
- Strong understanding of Manpower intensive businesses. Experience around manpower sourcing, onboarding, training & on-ground deployment and associated challenges
- Good hold & experience in driving operations through internet/enterprise products
- Strong data analytical prowess to read data & drive on-ground action plans. Project management as an intuitive ability to forecast conflicts & provide long running fix to current challenges
- Good with numbers & financial planning
- Superior stakeholder management & account management experience
- Superior managerial & diplomatic skills to form and deploy policies on a departmental level
Educational Qualifications :
- B tech/Undergraduation from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institution
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 institution (preferably)
