Park+ is building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership. Parking at ~90,000 sites across India. Park+ enabled MG Astor to become the world's first car where users can book and pay for parking via the car's head unit infotainment system. In just over 24 months of our existence, up to 10% of all cars in metro cities and 4% cars across India are already on Park+ platform. Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), 1,200+ residential apartment gates.
Park+ has raised USD 35Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT. Amit has previously built 3 multi-billion dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm's payments business from scratch. Besides, Amit joined MakeMyTrip and Tokopedia at a very early stage and built significant sized businesses in these unicorns.
The role is based out of Gurgaon, Haryana and reports directly to the Head of A&P.
The role entails:
- Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category
- P&L Owner for assigned portfolio or city at Park+ managing multiple metrics of the business and ensure a high quality customer experience
- Scaling up business and generating revenue for the company
- Handling the P&L for the vertical
- Creating and developing a strategic long term plan for the development of the category
- Developing an exit strategy for unsuccessful products
- Overseeing a team of analysts and other support staff
- Building and driving relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services
- Becoming a leader in category ranging, pricing and promotions across channels
- Placing appropriate orders to ensure product availability meets demand
- Leading category management projects to optimise ranges and related merchandising
- Collaborating with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
- Creating forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inventory
- Managing budget development and revenue for the category
- Developing strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams

What you need to have:
- 3-8years of work experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience
- Knowledge of Automatic Boom Barriers / Security Systems Installation would be an advantage

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Startups experience preferred
