About Park+

Park+ is building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership. We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FasTag and access control in malls, corporate parks & apartments. Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking at ~90,000 sites across India. Park+ enabled MG Astor to become the world's first car where users can book and pay for parking via the car's head unit infotainment system. In just over 24 months of our existence, up to 10% of all cars in metro cities and 4% cars across India are already on Park+ platform.

Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), 1,200+ residential apartment gates.

Park+ has raised USD 35Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT. Amit has previously built 3 multi-billion dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm's payments business from scratch. Besides, Amit joined MakeMyTrip and Tokopedia at a very early stage and built significant sized businesses in these unicorns.

About the Position :

- As Operations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the team and drive process and system improvements. You will study the business across various KPIs. You should be passionate about finding insights in large datasets, diving through multiple data sources, synthesizing and communicating results and driving practical business impact. Can you do it? Job Description :

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (CRM, Freshdesk, in-house and other software tools, etc.)

- Integrate multiple systems and data sets, filter, clean and restructure data to analyze (comfort querying and working directly with cloud databases is a must)

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, discover trends and generate useful business reports and recommendations

- Use and implement basic and advanced statistical techniques like frequencies, cross-tabs, correlation, Regression, Decision Trees, Cluster Analysis, etc. to identify key actionable insights from the data

- Discover "stories" told by the data and present them with the focus on "insights"

- Study process/system capabilities and suggest alternative solutions

- Identify gaps in the current data collection strategy and suggest solutions

- Work with department managers to create internal data collection guidelines

- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements :

- Degree in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics or Engineering will be preferred

- 0-3 years of work experience performing quantitative data analysis to solve business problem statements. Experience in fast paced consumer tech startups would be an advantage

- Experience with SQL, ETL, Funnels, Cohorts, Journeys etc.

- Analytical mind, critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude and business acumen

- Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra, probability)

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Skills :

- Need proficiency in the skills below -

- SQL - Advanced knowledge of SQL functions

- Python - Intermediate

- Google Suite - Good command on using Google Sheets with knowledge of writing scripts and good presentation skills

- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Metabase, PowerBI etc.)

- Excellent communication skills
