We are looking to Hire a smart SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) Lead who have done SEO and content at scale and have brought strong traction. As a SEO lead you will be driving the SEO strategy to another level. Work closely with Product, Marketing, business and tech team to achieve the scale.
Responsibilities :
- Key responsibility includes bringing in quality Organic traffic & the conversions achieved through the Organic traffic- Co-ordinate with the Technology, Product, Content, Marketing and Analytics teams
- Provide actionable recommendations for on-site optimisation, including site structure, creative design, keyword and link development strategies, and content optimisation
- Manage our domain authority, page trust metrics, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all search networks
- Create detailed reports on SEO performance by market and be able to report on SEO performance throughout the organisation
- Lead and plan the overall Content Marketing effort, SEO analysis and recommendations
- Complete keyword and audience research to ensure that we are developing and optimising content that drives results
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on existing and newly developed code
- Should be able to work on cross domain SEO products
- Manage On-Site SEO performance via: Checking and improving on-site optimization, internal link structure, fixing potential indexation issues, reviewing and adding valuable content, checking and fixing website health issues
- Manage off site SEO performance via: Ensuring all mandatory listings are claimed, verified, and accurate, monitor all critical listings for accuracy
- Researching and proposing new ideas for locally and industry-relevant backlink opportunities
Requirements :
Experience :- 4+ years of hands on SEO experience
- Should have handled the traffic of at-least a million impression per day
- The candidate should have shown a strong organic growth rate across brands on a consistent time frame
- Ability to think through user journeys and optimise communication on all touchpoints.
- Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Expert user of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools and at least one market-leading tool for tracking user activity on websites and mobile apps for SEO.
- Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through SEO and content
- Have handled a team of content and SEO analysts
