Primary Responsibilities :
Responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day operation of the project sales and marketing departments to maximize sales, market share and maintain customer satisfaction
Reporting To : Promoters/MD
Reportees : GM/Manager - Sales, GM/Manager - Customer Service
Education & Experience :
- MBA Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration with Marketing/Sales Focus
- Has 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing functions of Real Estate with proven track record of handling Sales of large projects

- Strong customer-service orientation
- Holistic approach to organisational impact of sales actions
Skills :
- Excellent understanding of MMR Real Estate market and customer needs
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong grasp of the broker market, channel partners and various other sales channels (e.g., corporate, international, etc.)
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate subordinate teams
- Effective communication both verbally and written
- Ability to create effective communications which helps enhance brand value and sales
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership to the day to day sales and marketing operations
- Develop and implement strategies on Sales and Marketing functions with key focus on company's goals
- Establish performance goals for each team member and monitor target completion
- Plan and launch Sales and Marketing plans for all On Going and Upcoming Projects that generate high quality leads and sales conversions
- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company's client base
- Develop relationships with key existing clients, brokers, IPC's and other channel partners
- Identifying new avenues to target HNIs/Niche Clients
- Participation in various Real Estate Exhibitions/Shows/Conferences for enhancing Sales and brand image
- Oversee the gathering of market and customer intelligence
- Close involvement in development and design of marketing collaterals like brochures, walkthroughs, website, print and outdoor media
- Oversee the creation of standard customer documents such as sales agreements, booking forms, enquiry forms and other customer communications
- Implementation of best customer servicing practices and overseeing their regular implementation
- Timely and accurate inputs to Sales budgeting process
- Periodic Sales and CRM review with the Promoters
- Oversee the proper training of all team members to ensure everyone's goals are aligned to company objectives
- Review the commission and incentive schemes on a regular basis
