Human Resources Operations:
Devising impact plan regarding employee satisfaction and coordinating for implementation of the communication matrix of the organization.
Supporting in developing and ensuring the implementation of the HR policies, procedures & strategies to guide all human resource related activities and ensure effective HR strategic needs of the company.
Handling overall responsibility of the Unit HR function and all its implication, administration & employee relations.
Planning, forecasting and scheduling right work force to meet the future demands.
Enhancing employee relations for a better working and living conditions of the employees.
Staffing, Recruitment & Resourcing:
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources-laterals, campus, referrals, portals after identification of manpower requirements.
Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, discipline, policy & procedures for the employees.
Fixing the salary for the selected candidates and arranging the antecedent verification for the new joiners.
Effective vendor management
Exposure in hiring Full-Time Employees, Summer Trainees & Management Trainees.
Employee Engagement:
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances. Negotiating and amicably settling disputes-harassment, compliance etc with the employees and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
Facilitate open houses & channel meetings for the area
On boarding & mainstreaming of all new joinees.
Organising different type of gala recreational/official events for employee engagement.

Learning & Development:
Management Development Review for Leadership roles.
Designed & facilitated adherence to Training Calendar & departmental training matrix
Facilitating the assessment centres & development centres
