- Laying out Training needs framework based on roles & individual competencies.

- Training Needs identification

- Training Calendar generation

- Imparting training sessions

- Driving non - training learning initiatives

- Driving Employee Communication initiatives.

- Understanding of Employee engagement and related initiatives.

MBA or equivalent degree is compulsory. Candidates from Service Industry like BPO, Insurance, Hospitality etc will be given preference.
