1. To ensure hiring of quality manpower as per business need and process guidelines
2. To ensure Talent Acquisition is as per laid down norms.
3. Clinical Hiring Support
Job Knowledge:
To keep self abreast with the concepts and application of HR Management.
Process Orientation/ Documentation:
To effectively interface with the functional heads & service user heads, staffing partners and job applicants.
To ensure timely & quality hirings as per TATs.
To demonstrate resourcefulness in sourcing candidates.
To demonstrate proactive approach with cost consciousness but without any compromise on quality of manpower.
To ensure proper documentation.
To operate within budgeted hiring cost.
To ensure timely proper recruitment database management system updation & usage.
To provide support in other HR interventions
To establish good rapport and interpersonal relations with employees and candidates.
To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
To ensure Joining Formalities process completion.
Candidates having exposure to Healthcare Industry (hospitals in particular) will have clear edge and preference. Candidates from Manufacturing & Engineering industry are requested not to apply.
