- Preparing and Managing Training programs budget and keeping training content up to date simultaneously ensuring budget adherence
- Planning assessment centers /development centers for career development at various levels of the organization for ensuring growth of potential talent within the organization
- Launching Talent Management initiatives catering to different sets of employees
- Mapping, monitoring and improving the performance of employees in stores/zones by using appropriate performance metrics
