Pantaloon Retail - Area Business Manager

Key areas of responsibility for the role:

- Define and strategize to drive Financial Deliverables for store level SSPD growth

- Coordination with the HO teams for implementation of Strategy in the respective stores in the Cluster

- Store Management in the respective Cluster to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets

- Analyzing the competition and capture the best practices to accentuate the smoothness in the processes and contemporaneousness in the industry

- Process & people management in the respective stores

- Experience should be in Operations

Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
