Panchshil Realty - Associate/Analyst - Business Expansion

- Sourcing and assessment of capital raising opportunities for business model

- Preparation and negotiation of Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, detailed Business Model and Financial

- Projections for potential clients and internal investment committee

- Evaluation of Investment Return and Exit Viability for portfolio companies

Key Roles and Responsibilities : 

Strategic Focus : 

- Experience in preparing different parts of pitch books for (profiles, benchmarking, merger models, ownership analysis, analysis at various prices, equity bridge, financial analysis, three statement modelling, EPS accretion/dilution, DCF etc) for various business development pitches and various M&A pitches.

- Perform valuation, transaction analysis, company profiling, market overviews, case studies, precedents and detailed product/sector analysis Hands on experience on working live with people onshore on various deal opportunities screening and analysis of companies based on client's requirement to evaluate strategic opportunities.

- Managing fund syndication, project appraisals, financial modelling, & finance structuring and liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equity Funds for raising funds at favorable terms to meet business expansion / project requirements Skills in conducting financial analysis, evaluating new business initiatives & projects from an Economic, Financial, Risk and Regulatory Framework.

- Determining the risk & return levels for various investments and providing suggestions for SPV (JV or other forms) structuring In-depth understanding of Capital Markets, Financial Modelling/ Forecasting & Valuation Techniques, Corporate Finance.

Operational Focus : 

- Work directly with senior professionals across the deal value chain i.e., sourcing, deal diligence, and portfolio management Act as an advisor to process owner on new deals, managing portfolio and implementing best practices

- To conduct quantitative as well as qualitative analysis for PE clients. Some of these analyses include industry research, company profiles, comparable valuation, competitive landscaping, financial modeling, LBO analysis Retain and expand existing client relationships by increasing integration.

- Statutory Compliances, Internal Financial Controls, Audits and preparation of need-based Financial / MIS Reports to enable executive-level decision making

- Excels in Variance Analysis, Accounting Policies/SOPs Formulation, Led execution of Shareholder Agreements, arranged for Compliance with Conditions Precedents & Subsequent to transaction

- Prepared the bank's internal documents like Appraisal Notes, CRA formats and internal rating analysis to expedite the sanction process.

- Helped in preparing various templates and models for company valuation

- Analyzing and documenting buy/sell side prospects along with Industry research reports

- Other responsibilities include retaining Analyst & Clients along with formulating strategic plans to meet organizational goals of the company and goals of the Analysts

- Draft board memos and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders as part of transactions and strategic reviews

- Work closely with Associates and guide them on day-to-day project management and delivery

- Mentor, train and develop the Associates and Analysts

- MBA, CA, CFA, with preferred certification in Finance Modelling

- Knowledge of financial databases offered by Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Factiva, CapIQ, Eikon, WoodMackenzie, Merger Market and Moody's
