The company is part of PCI GEAR Committee since last 3 terms, PCI GEAR committee being the apex body which outlines frameworks for the payments Industry across the globe.

- It is uniquely empanelled on the CERT-In Emergency Response Team under the Govt of India.

Job Summary:

Panacea Infosec is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth by executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing multiple platforms, and working closely with the sales and product teams. You will lead efforts in brand development, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that integrates both online and offline marketing activities to achieve company goals.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor marketing strategies.

- Establish KPIs and goals to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

- SEO: Plan and execute effective SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization to improve website ranking and traffic.

- Google Analytics & Google Search Console: Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

- Ad Campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms): Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn.

- Email Marketing: Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

- Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, videos, and infographics.

- Social Media Management: Create and manage content across social media platforms, building a strong online presence and community.

Offline Marketing:

- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies such as print advertising, event sponsorships, trade shows, and other traditional marketing initiatives.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, including media outlets, printers, and event organizers.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities, ensuring accurate reporting of ROI, customer engagement, and campaign success.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities for growth.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms and materials, both online and offline.

- Maintain a clear and strong brand voice that aligns with the company's values and resonates with the target audience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 B-school in India (IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.) is preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 2+ years in a managerial position.

Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of SEO principles and SEM.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

- Expertise in managing ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Proficient in content marketing, email marketing, and social media management.

- Strong understanding of offline marketing tactics, including event marketing, print, and outdoor media.

Tools & Platforms:

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, or ActiveCampaign.

- Experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other marketing analysis tools.

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.

- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and remarketing strategies.
