Regional Sales Manager- Home loans


- As an Regional Sales Manager specializing in Home Loan products, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in facilitating the conversion of Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately resulting in successful loan disbursals.


- You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Home Loan sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Lead Conversion: Oversee the process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process for both team members and clients.

- End-to-End Management: Supervise and coordinate the entire process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs within the area, collaborating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitor activity, and stay updated on industry trends.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Job Role:

Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations, with proven experience in sales management.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Home Loan sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Client Interaction: Support team members in meeting with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.

Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them effectively.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations, with proven experience in sales management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents.

- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
