Product Manager || Lending and BFSI sector

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in any domain is required- Lending, BFSI, Credit Card, PL, Loan, HL, Collection, Bureau etc

- Establishing a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends.

- Building a ROI-driven product road map that captures full life cycle of the product from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage.

- Managing work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritized user stories.

- Building and actively managing a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams.

- Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team.

- Communicating and building consensus across multiple departments in creating the software product requirements.

- Thinking and innovating design to explore new ideas and drive the outcomes quickly.

- Proactively assisting the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.

- Moreover serving as primary interface with development teams and technology teams on project planning and management.

- Contributing in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of AI teams services.

- Tracking investments and outcomes and report to leadership.

- Helping prioritize resources and investments.

- Driving penetration and growth of product portfolio.
