Job Description: HR Strategy Manager

Paisabazaar.com is looking for an HR Strategy Manager, with a strong background in HR strategy, process automation, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives such as process automation, performance orientation, and HR analytics to enhance the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of HR strategies and oversee their execution, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process automation within HR and partner with relevant teams to implement solutions that streamline HR processes.

- Drive a performance-oriented culture by developing and implementing performance management initiatives and best practices.

- Manage the COE for recruitment, business partnering, and HR operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of HR initiatives.

- Design and implement interactive HR analytics initiatives, including the development of dashboards to provide valuable insights into HR metrics and trends.

- Lead or support change management efforts related to HR initiatives to ensure successful adoption within the organization.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a significant background in HR strategy, process automation, and HR analytics.

- Must have experience in Performance Management and OKR's.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in project management and change management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools.

- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence various stakeholders.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- Startup experience is preferred.
