Paid Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search and social campaigns across ad platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta, and more.
- Optimize budgets and strategies to maximize ROI, leveraging performance metrics and cross-platform data analysis.
- Oversee daily ad operations, including bid, ad copy, keyword optimizations, campaign creation, and analytics tracking.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with developers to implement website and landing page improvements.
- Create and refine high-converting landing pages and ad copies based on target audience insights.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to develop impactful campaign assets.
- Present data-driven insights and strategies using visual reports and dashboards.
Experience & Expertise:
- 3+ years in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and other platforms.
- Programmatic experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of metrics like leads, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
