Responsibilities :

- Manage one of the paid channels - Google, Facebook, Programmatic and Affiliates

- Work with business teams to build city and category level plans

- Work with internal team and digital agency to execute plans seamlessly

- Own weekly goals on number of acquisitions and CPA

Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing

- Should be able to scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by finding efficiency in respective channel

- Help drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key performance marketing metrics and KPIs

- Excellent analytical abilities

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements :

- Has 2+ years of relevant experience

- Has managed a spend scale of at least 50Lac to 1Cr per month
