The candidate selected should be a graduate & MBA (preferably) with extensive experience in Training & Development. The position would report to the Sr. Manager HR & VP - Corporate Affairs (in dotted lines).
Competencies Required:
- Experience of strategic & operational training plans
- Well versed with the training needs identification techniques
- Hands on experience in designing the course/ module
- Course delivery & implementation
- Designing the evaluation process
Responsibilities:
- Mapping the competencies function and role wise under the guidance of business head
- Roll out the competency matrix and gap analysis within the organization & compile the training needs
- Finalization of Training calendar and ensure to fulfilment of the training needs of each and every employee
- Identify the training vendors, finalize the course content, and negotiate the cost
- Organizing the training as per the schedule
- Roll out the post-training effective evaluation process
- Tracking training and development progress
- Managing training budgets
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate, MBA (preferred)
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Age : 35 to 40 Years;
Experience : 10 - 15 Years;
