Description

Reporting to the Head of the Shared Services practice, you will be based in the Mumbai Suburban region and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Build and develop the knowledge base of Companies, Candidates in Finance Shared Services

- Accompanying the interviews of Consultants and Senior Consultants for critical positions

- Sourcing candidates via Internal Database, LinkedIn, Job Boards and Referrals

- Creating candidate records.

- Maintaining the Internal Database.

Profile :

As a Successful Applicant for the Recruitment Sourcing Associate position:

- You are degree qualified from a top tier University.

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and communicate effectively.

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

- Recruitment experience ideally catering to the BPO/ Shared Services industry is an added advantage
