Job Description

This is a high-visibility & ownership driven role wherein you partner directly with the India Leadership to hire for all talent to join PageGroup, Gurgaon business

Roles and responsibilities will include :

- Supporting end to end recruitment process to map talent and screen the candidates to be potential employees at Page Group

- Partnering with all key senior internal business stakeholders to understand business requirement and communicate the same to the talent pool

- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline across all functions

- Working on adhoc projects centred around employee engagement, employer branding, campus recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion etc

What are we looking for

- Have an experience of 4-8 yrs recruiting across India - Non tech and tech functional hiring

- Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels

- Have high energy levels, self-motivated, positive attitude

- Possess the capacity to remain focused with task at hand as well as multi-tasking

- Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence & effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

- You have exceptional communication skills coupled with great articulation and high stakeholder management.

- Experience of working in multinational organisations would be preferred.
