Description :
Your responsibilities will include:
1)Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships
2)Selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
3) Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
4)Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients)
Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance.
Profile :
We are looking for people with:
- 3-5 years of experience (skewed towards service sales)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented - with the ability to drive things independently
