The key responsibilities of a recruitment consultant include:

1. Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment

2. Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

3. Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment

4. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

5. Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

6. Offering CV, interview and general career advice

7. Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

#What are we looking for?

We are very particular about who we onboard and the below is a must.

1. 2 - 5 years- experience and results in a sales, client development or related client facing role

2. Strong educational pedigree, preferably possess an MBA degree

3. Expertise & specific track record in your industry or sector (e.g Healthcare, Fintech, Automotive etc)

4. Very strong communication skills - specifically ability to influence through knowledge, logic & relationships

5. High degree of career ambition, emotional intelligence/resilience, team orientation, and a problem-solving mindset.
